Leadership in Action: How Modeling the Ripple Effect Inspires Real Change

I think one of the more challenging AND rewarding aspects of being a professional speaker is the call to BE the living embodiment of what we teach.

When I step on stage, I'm not just there to share theories about leadership.

Anyone can do that.

When I step on stage, I'm committed to answering the call to MODEL the Ripple Effect in action.

To create an experience where my audience doesn't just LEARN why it's important for everyone to feel safe, seen and heard - they actually EXPERIENCE it.

An experience where they:

🌊 Feel what it's like to break down barriers, build trust and form meaningful connections

🌊 Walk away knowing what it means to lead with empathy and authenticity

🌊 Actively participate in creating Ripple Effect Moments for people in their lives

Most of the time, it’s hard to know the real impact once I step off stage.

But then, I receive a message like this from the CEO of a $3bn company:

“I left your keynote both wiser and inspired. Your pairing of passion and vulnerability, wrapped around your personal story, made for a very powerful leadership lesson and example.”

The same is true for you: the way we show up as a leader creates ripples far beyond the moment.

How are you modeling the behaviors you want to see in your teams, your families, or your communities?

Because the Ripple Effect starts with us 🌊
