Lead How You’re Meant To

It's so tempting to look at a leader you admire, or someone who seems to have it figured out, and try to emulate what they do.

Or as it happens quite often, you expect there's a "right" way to lead, so you do all the research about good leadership and start changing yourself to fit into what's expected.

The truth is that what people do as leaders is born out of who they are. And who we all are is so beautifully different. And who we all are is often not well enough understood.

It's possible to create incredible results by following a formula or shapeshifting to be more like someone else.

But over time, you may not even recognize the version of you that's showing up at work.

You feel out of alignment. Inauthentic. Out of integrity.

It's a tiring game.

It's why I focus so much on helping my clients connect more deeply with who they are, their own unique qualities, and live more fully into the leader they were meant to be, not the one they think they're supposed to be.
